i was wondering if anyone around the little rock area could do a cylinder contribution test and a buzz test on a 97 PSD for a resonable price?? my truck runs like crap and i need to fix it

had a trailer on it yesterday with around a 5000 pound tractor and it just seemed like it was missing bad its got a new fuel filter and FPR has been shimmed to like 70 psi i have checked the valve cover wiring it all looks good i knew its got a new icp sensor the truck kinda always has a little white smoke at idle even warm and yesterday when i was towing when it was trying to pull a hill white grey smoke pretty bad oil has less than 3000 miles on it the only thing i can maybe figure is i put injectors in the truck about a year and a half ago and maybe one of the little o rings got cut. without a trailer the truck will do the same miss but it will clear up at around 2500 rpms it won't clear up at all with a trailer but something is diffently wrong the truck has a hard time pulling a hill in 5th gear at 60 mph will maybe a total of 8k load on it everything i have read says no problem for these trucks. also this has just been starting and getting worse truck ran good when the injectors first went it
