Can someone take a crack at this? I all of a sudden starting getting a shudder/vibration when I accelerate. ONLY when I accelerate, whether it's 20 or 60 mph. Thanks in advance!! 97 7.3 PSD.

 

A little more info is needed. Where is the vibration coming from, the engine or drive train? My first guess would be the U-joints in the drive line, but this is just a WAG, with the info we have.

 

Thanks for responding,,I was able to crawl to my mechanic as the truck was clunking, squealing, etc... and sure enough it was the rear u-joint(s). We changed them both and now the truck is tight and smooth as glass. What a difference!!! Thanks again...
