Polished Aluminum Rims....

I'm wondering if it's possible to "polish" a brushed aluminum wheel to make it look like this?

I have been scouring the internet in search of a replacement for my 16.5" rim and can only come up with this "polished aluminum" I can't believe how hard this rim size is to come by!

Could a rim shop do it? Or is it possible with a dremel tool, sand paper, polishing compound, and a ton of Elbow grease?

Thanks for any ideas!
