My automatic locking hubs will not engage all the time when I turn the 4wd **** but I can lock the hubs in and the 4wd works fine. Any ideas on how to fix this can I just change the factory ones or is it easy to put manual hubs on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

 

Nope. That's usually the way it is. If you auto hubs move freely and can lock now, leave them in there. Converting to a manual hub won't make a bit of difference, and will be a waste of money. It's just the woes of the ESOF system. It chooses when you need to be in 4wd.
