indeed! there's a crack/hole in the ceiling and mildewed, unfinished quarter roll with gaps between the wall, uneven plywood under the new vinyl in the kitchen...it goes on

oops...i'll fix that! the last i heard from the organizer it might be postponed so let me check on that too

 

Weather probably dictates alot of folks. I cant attend the truck will be under the knife by then.
