more ?'s about truck idle

I've had a couple of discussions on this truck already. I'll start with the history. I bought the truck with what was thought had a dead motor. I got the motor running (fuel issue) but the idle was choppy. turns out that it was misfiring because the IDM had water in it. the truck ran better but was still misfiring and the throttle response is very slow. I checked the oil prssure which was good. the fuel pressure is around 45 psi. I was told to check the injectors next cuz before me, the truck sat for a year and so I was told that the injectors might need some love. what do you think?

My fist thought was to replace the injectors with stage II's from DIY and have them rebuild the originals. what do you think?

you can check it. get a scanner on the truck with it up to full operating temp and run a buzz test and a cylinder comp test. that will tell you if you have injector problems and wear. check/clean the FPR screen and check out the UVCH just to make sure there isn't a burnt pin somewhere.
