Question hurst motor mount swap kit.

I bought a set of hurst motor mount and trans mounts for my 56 f100 back in the 70s.
I am looking for another set. These are for big block dodge for a swap into a 56 ford.
Anyone seen a set or know where I can but them?
We are contemplating a hemi or 440 6pac into a 56 f100.
I did this swap 30 yrs ago and want to build another.
Thanks Bill

Hey Bill,

I'll look at the Butler truck when I get it here to see if the mounts are still in it, the guy said it was a 383 or 440 (he couldnt remember)

I wonder if this is your old truck? How many could have had mopar engines in them?

Just thought I'd offer. I'll scrap them with the rest of the truck when I'm done parting it out

The mounts on my original 56 were made by me on the bridgeport, and the hurst mounts were given with the truck when I sold it. I made my own and with an entire machine shop at my disposal learned at a young age to build my own parts.....and a year later found the hurst mounts ...so you know I had to buy them....LOL
Scrap your truck. Bill

I was going to say if you made them before why not make them again?

Glad you found what you needed, Cant wait to see it! I bet it will be cool! Did you buy a crate engine?

I have a tool-room shop at my Florida ranch and can make most anything I may need.
I have already found a set...and that will save me the hassle.
I have several mopar big-shot buddies and will call in some favors. I don't want the aluminum head hemi from my buddies latest project......1200 hp would be overkill.
When it comes to RB and B block mopars......I have the friends.
