52 merc exhaust maninfolds fit 239 F-1?

Hey,
Anybody know if 52 Mercury car manifolds #83A-9430 and #83A-9431 will fit on 1952 Ford F-1 with 239 V-8?

Well the bolt pattern would be the same, though I don't know what they look like. Can you post a picture?

I suspect they are worth more to a Merc car guy than a set of chrome headers would cost you. Fleabay time!? Would love to see a picture, too.

They were $15.00. Look to be same bolt pattern, but exhaust exits at the back end of passenger side manifold instead out the bottom like on my truck. I think cross over connects between the manifolds on both fronts.( like a 292 Y block). On my truck the cross pipe runs straight out the lt side bottom and meets the other side in a Y. Not sure if this would conflict with the starter or if the crossover would hit something on the truck. Couldn't get the pics to save on here. Probally will put on some headers oneday, but just trying to get it a little quieter for now so I can start doing some resto work.

Thanks
Mitch

i'm confused, you said, 239 V8, do you mean Yblock?... typically, ford cars had the dual manifold set up...like thunderbirds, merc's etc ansd trucks had the crossover pipe...but not until after 53, as most had flatheads prior to that year...correct me if i'm wrong but didn't Yblocks come out in '54?,,,so, to answer your question yes car maniforlds will fit on the truck engine...but you might have a clearance issue with your steering box...better to find some rams horn headers, for your truck...but they are spendy and hard to come buy...
