I'll have to call the local chassis shop and see if they can confirm the difference in spring lengths. I wouldn't think ford would go to the trouble of moving the spring hangers for different engine combos unless it was a complete change ending at one model year and then continuing up through. Being ford though I wouldn't be to surprised.

this is whats on skyjackers web site:

"Notes: Shocks sold separately. Kits use a rear block and/or add-a-leaf and Systems using rear leaf springs. Vehicles with Diesel engines will require front fitted leaf springs."

so i dont know if its for weight or length.

You got hosed. The idi, powerstroke and 460 are all the same springs(length and weight rating)

It has a ORU RSK and they are 315/75/16 BFG all terrains on 16x10 wheels

It is a Cervini cowl hood

And the "red" one is 64 Mustang Coral Clypso Orange

no there defenetly not. every brand has the same thing. they sell them for gas and then theres ones that say powerstroke only

I worked as a dealer for skyjacker. Trust me. they are the same springs. They make two springs. Small block gas and then big block, diesel(idi), powerstroke.

Cuz i have their springs in here and it is a big block gasser
