Thanks for the warm welcome. It looks like most of you guys are from the eastern part of maryland I am from the western part. I have two trucks a 1979 ive been working on for what seams to be forever and a 2001 F350 psd. Other than working on the 79 i dont do alot besides work. I have been off the last week due to the weather.

That is a beautiful thing!!!

More details on that PSD please!! I'll be driving through your part of the state in about 12 days on my way to Colorado so if you see a black F250 CC SB pulling a 26ft V-nose, give a wave!

I will keep an eye out for you what are you going to colorado for. For the psd all the mods are posted in my sig i bought it a little over two years ago it mostly sits in the driveway i think it had 69k on it when i got it now its up to 83k ive got a company truck that i drive to work i just found out the other day that the oil pan on it is full of tiny rust holes and the motor going to have to be pulled to change it spring project.

Actually, all you have to do is unbolt the motor mounts and jack up the engine a little. I'm told you can change it like that....something has to come out of the top too....The procedure is up in the 6.0 threads.

Thanks bud i will check it out mine is the 7.3 hope there is no diff in the two and that is all i have to do. I put a post in the 7.3 to ask them guys but know one really gave me a good anwser the one just said that they never used a gasket on them its silicone and its a pain in the a#$ to get it all off with out pulling it.
