block heater location?
hey guys. My dad has a 97 f250 and the block heater has stopped workin. Is there any common reasons these go out? Also where exactly are they located and are they hard to change out? thanks guys

it's above the oil filter it's not bad to change you need to check the power cord

Does the block heater heat the oil or anitfreeze?

I have had bad neutrals on the extension cord before. Also ohm out the coil it should be about 15 ohms.
