My 49 is a poor boy set up as well. Its made up of premade, scavenged parts and fabricated bracketry. I used the power booster from a mid 90's Ford Focus. My brake pedal pivot and most of the pedal are from the Focus as well. My master Cyclinder is early 80's Cadillac. The bracketry is all my own and ties the firewall, dashboard, and steering column all together just like newer cars.

hi,
not sure if uve made decision yet... but if u look in my gallery under recent work u can see mine.. its a pedal assembly out of a jeep cj that i used 2 and grafted them together in order to reach the dashboard for strength... im running a ford non boost master..and the cj clutch master.. i did have to make up my own links to compensate for the change in dimensions...but i think its a pretty clean fit? waiting to tune the pedals in on final build... r

I also have chosen 1995 T-bird parts. I bought the bird for 300 and sold the left over to someone for 200. Beyond the brake system and accelerator I removed interior lights in the back seat area and under the dash. I removed the radio, wiring and the antenna. Under hood light. All exterior light bulbs. Electric window motor assemblies. Removed tires and wheels. Removed rear springs to use with my 1994 Mark VIII rear IRS. Cut fuse box for spare fuses. Remove steering wheel and column assembly for consideration as it is less than 20 inches long and uses 4 bolts to attach, also retained wiring plugs. Also any misc parts that I thought I could use or trade. I didn't want the good V8 engine or tranny so I sold the remaining car. chuck
