WTB: 2wd ZF floor hump and crossmember

I'm putting a '92 ZF into my '84 F-150 2wd. Need the floor hump and rear crossmember including the "ears" that fasten it to the frame.
Located in south central MO but travel regularly to St. Louis.
thanks
Charles
