Timing chain replacements

Ok want to pick some brains on a situation I知 in. I have a 2006 f-150 5.4 3v that needs timing belt replaced. Ok so I got a kit that has oil pump ,water pump and timing chain kit. To me it goes with out saying I do an oil change and tuneup as I知 doing the timing chain. But my question is should I put in new coil packs in too. The other question is at what point do I just go and do a full engine rebuild??? Would like some good advice in ABQ

Im having similar issues 06 f250 5.4 210k Just curious. Whats the life on a completly new timing chain system? Mechanic shop saying $2700 to replace. But its not a long term fix. Then said a new engine would be a safer long term bet. Then throws out $8500 for the replacement motor install.
