Hi everyone!
Just trying to catch up, I haven't been online in 3 days.
Dave, I'm sorry to hear of your frustration with your van.
Tim, What model? Most of those cheap Migs come from the same factory in Italy.
Though HF may be coming from China.
I have a little MAC Tools 110 mig, but I can get all my consumables and replacement parts from Daytona Mig.
If you're looking to buy check them out. They are really good with customer service.

It is only 18 percent duty @ 160A. That basically means you can weld for one minute and wait for five for it to cool down.
How much for a bottle, regulator and new whip?
Flux core is ok outdoors on thicker metal if you don't mind all the smoke and spatter, but I think you'll do much better for most repairs with Ar/CO2 mix.
I'll look for reviews on this unit.
