no more shifting for timmy

I discovered A new form of security for my truck, pull the stick out of the transmission, so my question for you all is what parts i need to get, I know where they are and which ones to replace, but trying to describe them every single parts store, is getting old. I assume its the floor shifter assembly but I'm not able to find anything that looks the same. on another note, I have decided to keep the 250 and sell my 150, with the hopes of finding a good deal on a front end and transfer case for the 250, or theres a 150 in eugene I'm looking at as well, hopefully powells used still has that manual then I'll let ya'll post in peace and quit askin so many questions. A happy new years to you all, many happy returns to you and yours. its gonna be good
