Stuck door removal?

OK, my first of many mistakes (well on this project anyway) was not ordering the assembly manual before I start the destruction on my 50 F-1.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
<o></o>
The passenger side door is stuck, the inside handle feels like it's disengaging but it won’t budge.<o></o>
<o></o>
My first thought is to remove the hinges but I still can't get to the part that keeps the door from opening to far (don't know the technical term for it).<o></o>
<o></o>
Also is the door pin removal tool something I can get locally or is that a special order type tool?<o></o>
<o></o>
Any suggestion appreciated.<o></o>
<o></o>
Thanks,<o></o>

I had one like that. Turned out the weld at the floor near the front of the door came loose and the bottom of the door opening had expanded... nothing a ratchet strap and a mig welder were not able to fix for me.

Yep! that's the problem now, but they are coming apart anyway.
