If it is, dont buy a new one before you try this. Remove the shaft and put one end in a vice. Using alot of WD40 or ? spray the joint down good and start working it loose. Sometimes you can bring em back, but it may take a while. just keep at it. If you get it loosened back up, reinstall it and give it a couple shots of oil every time you change your motor oil to keep it in good working order. Good luck!

Time being mney, I'd rather spend the $10 on a new one because the old one will just continue to disappoint you. These u-joints can be ordered. Bring the u-joint to your parts supplier and ask the part guy to look it up by size if he can't order it by application.
