Just look at the number of members with them in their signatures and you decide.

You can see what I am running now. Its just some guys like other tuners and have good luck with them and some tuners have different options that don't cost every time you change a little. You want go wrong with a DP Tune IMHO.

I definitely support DP Tuner as you can see, but it really comes down to a matter of personal preference. There are alot of guys and or companies out there now doing amazing things as far as tuning. Custom tuning is certainly the way to go. Look into other companies like PHP, Tony Wildman, Swamps, etc and see what tickles your fancy. I would say that you can't go wrong with DP though. Jody and Diane are excellent folks to deal with too!

I'm telling you man, i went with another tuner first and it was a mistake. I should have went with DP right off the bat. Don't waste your time, money, or frustration. Go with Dp.

Bought my truck 3 years ago, and with advice from here, I bought a DP; loved it! Then I switched.... and just 2 days ago ordered another DP F5. For me, DP is the best tuner and I've never had a problem in dealing with them or getting answers to my questions.

I know I love mine. I would probably love any of the other popular good tuners too like TW, PHP, etc. Jody offers a real nice push button switcher that holds a lot of tunes, and the F6 will even allow you to receive tunes by email and allow you to reorder the line up to your liking (although I am perfectly happy with my F5). He also puts a lot of effort in the transmission values and shifting. I might be off in this assumption but I think those are two of the things that makes him stand out. And to add he travels around to do live tuning and he and Diane are very easy to get a hold of and talk to in person.

Jody is a self proclaimed 'techie'. So his gadgets are unordinary. I've not used any others so I can't compare personal experience, but there are others on here that have switched and have posted up many times, so if you were to search you'd find a lot of other information on the subject.

+1 for DP here. It's what I went with based on the info here, but you'd most likely be fine with the PHP or Wildman as well, from what I hear.

Any of the others...

IMO it depends on what hp your shooting for. I have a Dp and i love it, but if I was going for a high hp truck Id go with swamps tunning.
