Rear disc brake swap
Can the rear disc brakes on a 2007 E-350 be easily fitted to the rear axle of my 97 F-250? Would like to have rear disc and also have an emergency brake too, what all is involved to do this?

no, 99 and up went to a metric bolt pattern so the hub will be wrong for sure. I dont even recall if the 2007's still had a Sterling rear axle under them or not.

It might be able to be done but not easily. You would have to cut the flange off your axle tube and weld a newly built one back on in the correct spot to match the brake caliper bracket.
