Tom,
Your truck looks great! Nice work. We are going to end up with similar trucks. I went with the 9" rear rather than Jag and a 700R4 but other than that we are very similar even color. My truck will be Porsche/Audi red, the modern Porsche Guard Red with a gray chassis. What color is your red?
It looks like you attempted headers but may have changes. What are you using for exhaust manifolds/headers? It also looks like you centered/didn't offset the sbc?
I see that you live on Vancouver Island. I have great memories of a brief visit with my wife in the late 70's on my way cross country from Ca. to New England. We took a bit of a detour to see the pacific NW including Vancouver Island. My memories of the ferry boat ride from Sidney to just south of the city of Vancouver are particularly memorable. What a beautiful body of water/islands that the ferry goes thru.

49 Willards questions

HI the red is some Imron I got that was left over from an airplane paint job. I have 1 &1/2 gal left. I did move the eng one inch to the right, hard to tell as I also moved the box section and plates one inch and centered the channel between the frame so when the tranny is in it looks centered. The headers I borrowed from a friend they are for an El Camino about an 89,do not fit well so am going with the stock ones.
The master cyl is a stock Jag remote fill,on the hot rod I have to crawl under and use my finger for a dipstick to check the fluid so decided enough of that.
Building cars out of junk is fun!
Tom
