How many of us are dealing with major medical problems?

I'm 64 1/2 and in love with my wife of 21 yrs who is 12 yrs younger. She takes good care of me. I've had separated shoulder, breast cancer ( only man I know of that's had that . Had a mastectomy to make the fix ) Then a ruined my lower back from a career in construction. Lots of physical therapy and chiropractic to fix that. Then had prostate surgery 3 months ago after total blockage....WORST PAIN I'VE EVER HAD !!!!!!
I retired at 62 , I eat healthier than I ever have and have reduced by 25 pounds. I still have most of my hair and no gray in it. Well, mavbe 2 or 3. I have an early f-1 and a 51 panel with no front sheetmetal or engine or trans. I'm not on any meds and I can pee like a race horse now. Life is good. I read lots of the posts but don't post much myself. My project sits in the garage 'til after the Christmas. Time to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Have a great Christmas Season..... all year long.

YES IT DOES,Julie...
LOL
There is 3 types of pain...acute/chronic/ and number 3 is the type that kills you.....and that is what I had last year.....I would pass out from the pain for 1-2 hours. They rushed me to hospital, and the pain was so bad I hope I NEVER get that again.
The neurosurgeon said women say it is worse than childbirth......WOW
Prostate pain is something I hope I never get.....I pee really well....LOL
I had a machine shop in Monterey County California for a while and cannot believe how good you Californians eat and take care of yourselfs.....I think I never had gas when we ate there.....the food is prepared better or something????

Well, It's Christmas eve day and we have gifts to wrap and load in the car. We're going north to Oregon. There's a wrecking yard I'm going to. I saw online that they have 30's
40's and 50's parts there. So, gotta go see what the have. We'll be driving in the middle of the day, so there shouldn't be any ice on the road. The sun just came up and it's a really clear and cold day. Not a cloud in sight. The mountains are capped with snow in the distant. Mt Shasta is covered. It's very scenic but I don't like the cold very much. HAVE A GREAT CHRISTMAS to all of you who have an affinity for old ford trucks. Tim
