Crew Cab rear door windows

I have an 85 F350 4 door dually. The rear door windows are split with a front window on it like a vent window that is stationary. I have been noticing that on some pictures I've seen of 92-96 4 doors F350's that they have just one window. What year did this start? How hard would it be to switch mine to this? Has anybody done this before? What all do you need to buy to do this?

I have an 86 same windows. I have rear doors off of a 91 that have the single window, which leads me to believe that 86 was the cut off year. You would need to take all guts out of the newer door to make it work. Where are you from, will sell both doors for $100.
