still havent found groaning noise

still need help finding groan\vibration noise. this noise only happens for the few seconds or less it takes for the torque converter shift. im pretty sure that is whats happening anyway, its not the last rpm drop but the one right before , usually around 45mph. its very hard to notice stock but with programmer on highest setting it happens everytime and is much louder and noticeable. also its easier to hear/feel if i am gradually accelerating. its not anything to do with tires or front end parts do to the very specific time it happens. truck drives and sound fine at any other point. thanks, this is driving me crazy and i dont want to ruin tranny.

Did you pull the dip stick and take a look at the fluid color and level? I know thats not going to fix your problem, but it might shed some light if the tranny fluid looks like motor oil and is 3-4 qts low.

When you are in the drivers seat, do you hear the noise from below you, infront of you, or behind you?

its kind of hard to tell prob either below or in front i dont think its driveline or steering related because it only happens during 4th gear shift. although i am noticing a more steady moan in 4x4 lately, but i dont know if same noise. very frustrating no one seems to know what it is

If it is isolated down to a specific gear like that, I suspect the transmission.
