bneal is starting off with a positive reputation.
99 f350 hard cold start

i have a 99 f-350 7.3 when the temp gets in the 20s its almost impossible to start with out pugging it in. i have had it in the shop2-3 times for the same problem, new fuel pressure regulator, new glow plugs and harness any suggestions

I just joined this web site & came to your cold start. I used to drive a fuel truck for a co op in Ia.One thing I would check is if the fuel is blended for cold weather.
