I just decided to hang up after over 30 minutes of waiting on hold for their fleet customer service. Beings this is my work truck I have to go thru their "fleet csu". 4 people picked up and asked if I have been helped yet and after saying no I got stuck back on hold. Guess they are still busy counting their last quarter profits.
