we could be more help if you told us more about the truck...im assuming its a 4x4 with the 5 speed tranny and being an f150 its the mazda 5 speed
in that case for heavy/regular hauling or heavy offroading that tranny sucks but for a DD/light offroader/occasional hauler it is pretty good, the slave cyl can be a pain and is a big job to replace, the shift forks seem to be a weak spot on this tranny as well...but if you are in there doing the clutch i suggest doing the slave cyl. while you are in there...do it right...once
f150 4x4s have the Twin Traction Beam (TTB...fords early version of IFS) again...its great for a DD/light offroader but if you plan on going 35" tires or up and getting heavy into the offroad that axle is a weak link...solid axle swaps are the best way to fix that
X2...a 95 f150 crew cab??? pictures are always nice...then you can go share them over in the "show off your pre-97" thread too...everyone likes to see pictures
