Jack Handle

Quick question..I just bought this 03 Ranger and it had no jack but had a handle..Is the end of the handle that turns the jack the same one that lowers the spare tire? Thanks

Ford or a wrecking yard will be your best bet.

yes,
Jack Location per Owner's Manual for 2003 Ranger:
Regular Cab: behind seats and
underneath the jack and tools
cover
SuperCab: stowed in the passenger
side rear cab compartment or
behind the jump seat in a separate
tool bag
Four-door models: stowed behind
the front seats, between jump
seats and underneath jack and
tools cover.

Also, just to note, the spare tire can be lowered using a 3/8 drive socket extension.
