3 speed to 4 speed swap

I have a 1970 f250 sport custom 360 3 speed column shift. I am interested in swapping to a four speed floor shift. I just would like to have a floor shift and low first gear. Can I use my 3 speed bell housing? different tail shaft? What do I need to find at a salvage yard?
thank you
John

Hmmm... seems like easy questions for the "junk yard guys". :)

All I can offer are photos of a T18 and an FE bell housing if needed.

a friend of mine recently installed a 4 speed (np435) in his 67 that had a 3 speed.

grabbed from the 4 speed truck at the yard.
-trans tunnel cover (with shifter boot and the foam piece that keeps the wind out)
-front half of driveshaft (cant remember if it was different as his 3 speed one had a bad slip joint and had to be changed anyway)
-trans with yolk, shifter, and mount
-steering column (optional, but it doesnt have a hole for a shifter)
-if the donor truck has a nice carpet or rubber floormat get it too

had to cut a big a$$ hole in the tunnel (ford stamped a line in the floor, follow that)
used the same clutch and bellhousing
his mint rubber floormat wouldn't fit anymore because of the added hight in the middle of the trans tunnel.

fairly easy swap
