Hi from S. Oregon

Just made app. for membership in the OR chapter and thought I should make an introduction. My hangups include a '46 Ford pickup and a 1964 F-250 derelict just acquired. Both have 292 V-8s. Really like to mess with the 292/312s. I will cruise through the past postings and see what is going on and who is here. Hope everyone has a heated work area, because I dont .
Mike

Welcome to the chapter Mike! You are now offically a member of our band of misfits......er, Members! You would get along fine with my son, he's into Y-blocks also. We just finished up the chassis and 312 with tri-power for his 61 uni. Between my son-in-law, my son, and I, we have almost 30 old ford pickups................I also have a pile of sheetmetal for 65-66 F-100's if you need any.

Thanks guys. I'm in Williams, S. of Grants Pass. I saw your classified fabmandelux. I need a good 64 or 65 long wide bed. Mine is a mess. Maybe when better weather comes round I can get out there.

I've got a 65 chassis (front end, engine, trans are gone already) with a nice bed and cab I'll take pic's of tomorrow. I think it even has a good tailgate also. NO rust, I live here in the eastern high desert and we get very little rust
