Mike (Ford79) did a bunch of research for me and we are pretty sure it is intake gaskets/manifold. So I ordered up those parts. We shall see. Blowing lots of white smoke but the oil is still absolutely clean. I just changed it a week ago. No water in that. Sorry I missed your post Tom. I tore the intake system down on Saturday afternoon. Now I wait for parts. Probably will be installing those on Thursday or Friday after work.

If that has a 3.1 in it then I would say the intake as well. Those are notorious for those to fail. I coulod possibly help Friday but Thursday I have plans, let me know.
I will let you know how plans progress Tom. I ordered parts from Rock Auto online so I do not forsee getting anything until Thursday at the soonest. It has the 3.8 which also have known intake problem.
Thought I would post up a few pics from Monster Jam.
Pretty cool I hadnt been to see this since I was kid. Looks like were gonna get a little snow tomorrow. There talking 1"-3" for us. The wind should make it fun.

Troy those pics are great, I am sure it was a good time. It looks like they really built a high ramp for them to go off of. I might have to go next time.
Thanks for the words of encouragement Troy. Looks like you had a good time at MJ. LAst time I went (maybe 3-4 yrs ago) it was kind of lame but looks like they have kicked things up a couple of notches.
Good morning Steve and anybody else lurking around.
