On my 2009 Lariat, the headlight switch has a designated marking at the seven o'clock position that looks like the fog light indication with a down arrow under it. I have the auto operating headlights in my truck also. It is non-operating on my truck but I'm curious as to what it is for. I'm in the US and wonder if it is a Canadian only setting. Thanks.
I understand the operation of the switch, and fog light operation. Just wondering what the other indication is at the seveno o'clock position is. Again, it is a non-operating position.
Nope. The fog light indicator does light up but that is located at a 10 o'clock position on the dial. The indicator I'm asking about is at the 7 o'clock position and has a little arrow head pointing down under it.
Oh Greenie, sorry I stand corrected. I was wrong on that
The seven o'clock position symbol with the down arrow is signifying that to turn on the fogs you pull the **** out. That's all it is. Weird, but that is what they are trying to convey
