05 F150 valve noise/no power

I have an 05 5.4 w/160.000 miles have changed plugs and all cop's due to misfire codes. now I have alot of valve noise under load and reduced power. This "POS" has had the cam phasers replaced two times at under 100.000 miles just wondering if anyone knows if the phasers could be messing with the timing? since it seems like an engine that the timing is not correct when I go up hills or take off from a light.

Sounds like a VCT solenoid to me. Check the connections, you might have knocked one loose when changing the plugs.
