Welcome to the FTE site!

Julie isn't around FTE any more. Edit: Topmoo beat me to it.

FTE is a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips. We hope you stick around and become one of the gang.

And just so you'll know; we love pictures and look forward to seeing some of your '51.

Great job on those. I would love to be able to raise the whole front clip like Julies truck. Also planning on doing a tilt bed on the rear. As soon as I can upload Picts I will of the frame that's going under my 51 ford. It's 4 linked, air bagged base coated and clear coated. It lays frame. I've never been a lowered ride guy. Always lifted. Lol. So it's gonna be different. Haha. Don't see where I can upload Picts on my phone. Thanks for y'all's help.

I don't think you can upload from your phone.

You can, but you have to go through the "View Full Site" option on the phone's browser. You can't use the app or the mobile site.

Topmoo, why wouldn't yours work on a '48-50? The pivot point looks to be the determining factor and earlier models have pretty much the same point. I personally wouldn't do it unless I built a custom truck but you're looks pretty cool.

Maybe it would, I have been told by many here that it wouldn't because of the grill on the 48-50's that attaches to the bottom of the front valance. It has to pivot down for the hood to work since it is attached to the valance. But I don't have or am familiar with one of the monkey faces so I am just going by what others have told me.

Newly, that is a beautiful frame and workmanship on it. And I love your shop floor.
Did you build that frame yourself?

Lol. It was built by a guy that lives in Burlington nc. I will have to post a couple more Picts of the axle notch from my computer at home. Thanks for all y'all's help on this forum. Been a lurker for a while.
