Adding non-factory remote start to 2010 Expy

Does anybody know if it is even possible to install a non-factory remote start to a 2010 Expedition? I'd like to get one installed on my wife's Expy for Christmas. I know some Fords really have an issue with disabling PATS (our '04 Explorer that left us stranded 1200 miles from home for example). I would get a quality kit, not a 69.99 special and have a car audio shop install it. Thanks!!!

KC Autosound

give Travis a call and explain your wants. He custom builds alarm kits for F-150s and all other Fords and has the best install directions on the market.

He has been hooking up the F-150 world for years and is probably the most recommended vendor for Ford's online.

plus, if you have any problems during the install, he will walk you through it over the phone.

Yes it is I am actually doing my wifes tonight. We picked up a 2010 limited tuesday. It does not look to be bad at all. I am an mecp master certified installer so I have done 1000s over the years. I will take some notes as I do it . but I do mostly Nissan and Toyota stuff. This is my wifes 10 expedition.

Let me know how good/bad it is. I would love a remote start on my 10.
