Tscott after seeing your truck it reminds me how lucky we are here in AZ to have such a dry climate.
Although all our rubber and plastic dies in just a few years of the AZ sun.
My 77 is an original AZ truck and has never had a spot of rust on it. Such a pleasure to work on.
as a matter of fact you may want to check some of the local yards here in AZ or Craig's list. theres always a dent side for sale and since there are so many of them on the road here there still reasonably priced.

They are clear. I bought them for when it is totally finished, but in these pictures I was testing the fit to make sure they were going to look good. I also have the markers for the front fenders and the front turn signals to match the tails.

Alex211, I was actually going to ask you to post pics of your truck. My 77 is being repainted now. Acording to the 999 report from Ford, it is dark jade metallic (green). It doesn't seem like I see many green 73-79s, but there are actually a few pictured here. I am going back with the same color but I might add a little more metallic. My truck never have any chrome and I like it that way, its not getting any put on it either.

This is the 78 supercab I bought for $650 2 yrs ago. It was an old farm truck in East. Wash. The guy I bought it from got it out of a field and brought it back to the West side and put it in storage to work on it. I saw it and bought it after 14 years in storage. It's my hunting truck now, work in progress.<a href="http://s788.photobucket.com/albums/yy161/sprink699/Supercab/?action=view¤t=IMG_2603.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i788.photobucket.com/albums/yy161/sprink699/Supercab/IMG_2603.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a><a href="http://s788.photobucket.com/albums/yy161/sprink699/Supercab/?action=view¤t=IMG_2602.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i788.photobucket.com/albums/yy161/sprink699/Supercab/IMG_2602.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
