Ranger thats a really nice Bronco ya got.
How much lift did you use on the pick up to clear the 36's? i was thinking of going 6" on mine. any higher then that I think looks a bit goofy.

Pics of my project when I first bought it, and where it's at now with a different bed and awaiting a new cab.

Tscott after seeing your truck it reminds me how lucky we are here in AZ to have such a dry climate.
Although all our rubber and plastic dies in just a few years of the AZ sun.
My 77 is an original AZ truck and has never had a spot of rust on it. Such a pleasure to work on.
as a matter of fact you may want to check some of the local yards here in AZ or Craig's list. theres always a dent side for sale and since there are so many of them on the road here there still reasonably priced.

Yeah, it's pretty rotten, but well on its way back to being restored. I just picked up the new 460 power-plant the other day, which is another step towards having it ready to re-assemble. Here are more pics of the truck before I tore it down, but after a few upgrades (and a pic of the motor too).

Here's mine. It started as a 2wd I bought in '01 and now it is pretty much done. I have just been enjoying driving it for the past 4 years or so. The only bad thing about it is that I don't offroad with it much, so the 4wd conversion and big tires is kind of a waste

tScott77 - Are those clear tail lights and markers in that tan bed or are they just broken?

They are clear. I bought them for when it is totally finished, but in these pictures I was testing the fit to make sure they were going to look good. I also have the markers for the front fenders and the front turn signals to match the tails.

Alex211, I was actually going to ask you to post pics of your truck. My 77 is being repainted now. Acording to the 999 report from Ford, it is dark jade metallic (green). It doesn't seem like I see many green 73-79s, but there are actually a few pictured here. I am going back with the same color but I might add a little more metallic. My truck never have any chrome and I like it that way, its not getting any put on it either.

This is the 78 supercab I bought for $650 2 yrs ago. It was an old farm truck in East. Wash. The guy I bought it from got it out of a field and brought it back to the West side and put it in storage to work on it. I saw it and bought it after 14 years in storage. It's my hunting truck now, work in progress.<a href="http://s788.photobucket.com/albums/yy161/sprink699/Supercab/?action=view&current=IMG_2603.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i788.photobucket.com/albums/yy161/sprink699/Supercab/IMG_2603.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a><a href="http://s788.photobucket.com/albums/yy161/sprink699/Supercab/?action=view&current=IMG_2602.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i788.photobucket.com/albums/yy161/sprink699/Supercab/IMG_2602.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
