i found a good deal on some leather power seats from an expedetion that I want to swap into my 92 eddie. I did some searching and found some explorer seat swaps and some other ones, I saw a guy who had put 99 F150 seats in his and it looked nice. Just wondering if anyone else has researched this or knows of some good info. Thanks!

Would like to put newer buckets, or a nice split bench with fold down console from newer generation trucks 97+, in my 96 bronco.

Has anyone had luck doing this?
what sort of modification is neccesary?

 

The only info I can offer here is that our Bronco's (at least 92-96's) had mounting holes for both the OEM buckets AND bench seats. I might suggest that if you are planning on swapping to a different seat style from a newer or different vehicle, do your best to keep the seat slider tracks that are already in the Bronco as you will not need to modify the mounts in the floor if you re-use them. Simply modify the new seats to fit them.
