1996 F-250 dana 50 to dana 60 swap

Hey all after searching awhile I finally found a 4:10 geared dana 60 front and a 10.25 sterling rear from a 97 F-350 for my F-250 the rear is a direct no change swap but I keep getting different opinions on the front from direct bolt in to shortneing the drive shaft and grind brackets!I would love to hear from someone that has done it on here !! Thanks in advance

The dana 60 will bolt in place of the dana 50. The trackbar for the dana 60 bolts where one of the ttb pivots are bolted to the crossmember. Not sure about the driveshaft. I really doubt it would need to be shortened, and if so, very little.
