Has anyone come up with a reasonable way to improve the turning radius on a 2002 F-250 SD 4 X 2 w/ V10 Auto?

Is it possible for instance to swap out the steering box from a newer model Etc?

Does a lift or lowering kit effect this.

Love my truck but my old silverado dielsel could turn twice in the same areas.
