203* T-Stat Finally Done
Installed the Dieselsite 203* T-Stat and housing today. WOW! What a difference. No leaks. Engine was in 'Normal' range in about two miles of driving. The interstate is just over five miles away from the house. Normally, I'm below the 'N' when I get to the interstate. Driving on the interstate the gauge got to the right side of the 'M' and the heater was HOT!
I still need to get 'real' gauges to verify coolant temperature, but the temperature difference of the heated air blowing into the cab with the OEM T-Stat and after the 203* T-Stat was installed is significant.
Consider me impressed with the results. Unless I have issues when towing the travel trailer, I plan on staying with the 203* T-Stat in the future.
