I'm not sure if anyone can help or not.

I have a 2000 Windstar that at start up the a/c comes on with out the switch for the a/c being on.

My wife told that our van was taking a long time to warm up. I checked the coolant level and it was okay. I changed the thermostat to to be on the safe side. The van has 100,000 miles and we've never changed it.

At start up the A/C starts and blows very cold air out with the heat being selected. after a while the A/c will go off and the heat finially starts to work. I have a manual but the wiring diagram doesn't match what I have.

Any help would be appreciated
