Where do we find parts for our 1994 Ford F350?

Does anyone have any good places or websites to find parts for a 1994 Ford F350 diesel 7.3? It is not turbo. We are having a hell of a time finding the "fuel rack/rails" that feed fule to the injectors. I am not even sure what its exact name is. But it is the 8 leggged "spider" that feeds the fuel into the injectors. The 1 we have has cracks and is leaking fuel. We would like to repair ir but not sure exactly how. So looking to buy a new 1. We bought this truck as a project truck siting on rims with a bad tranny. We were told it recently had a rebulit motor installed but not so sure. We had to fix all the seal under the truck and rebuild the tranny. So 1 thing at a time. And the next project is the fuel lines or "rack". Any ideas?? Please help!

hey jk, like said in the other forum, I think the Ford or International stealership is the way to go on this one. I would imagine International would be cheaper. This is not my domain so hopefully some one else will chime in with something. I think this forum will help you through you project and I wish you the best of luck. Above all...have fun!!!

I assume you are talking about the fuel lines. Take the leaking one off and take it to the local IH Dealership. If you don't want to spend the money you could braze it and put it back on. Where Is it leaking exactly? The fuel in these lines is under high pressure and would be spraying out very noticeably. It may be leaking from the seal on the supply line or return line. Can you post a picture of the "cracks"?

rockauto.com is a good place.and if your having issues finding parts for 94 look up parts for a 93 instead because 94 was the transition year for the powerstroke.also the fuel lines from a 6.9 will be the same as well

www.mwfi.com is a good place for fuel injection parts.

The hard lines, injection lines, will crack if the vibration dampeners have been removed and not reinstalled.

The soft rubber lines between the injectors, IP and fuel filter header are return lines.

Cracks in the return lines, O rings leaking under the return tee's or cracked return tee's are much more common and cheaper to repair.

Return line kit to replace the entire return line assembly runs about 40 or 50 dollars.
Injection lines run about 50 dollars each.

jk, I followed you over here to make sure you were taken care of (some forums are less considerate then others) but you obviously are well taken care of here. These people really know your/their vehicles! and Dave sounds like he really knows the deal about things. Enjoy the project!
