looking for a junk yard

For parts off junked vehicles. Maybe they aren't called junk yards here though, could also be known as salvage or wrecking yards.

I'd prefer a pull your own part, but it seems "progress" has made it these venerable institutions and they often sell parts pre-pulled.

I'd like to stick as close to Ottawa as possible, but good to know of any even a good few hours driving distance.

There is a whole bunch of junky yards arounds here. About half of them don't mind if you pull your own parts. Give a shout I can send you some info.(falconqueen7719@hotmail.com)

Truckfarmingcanuck is about half way between Toronto and Ottawa off the 401. He has an interesting collection of Ford trucks and parts.
Look him up by doing a member search on this form.
