Squeaking While Moving

I have noticed a very intermittant squeaking noise when coming to a stop and then while accelerating away from a stop. The noise is only noticeable from about 10mph and below, and it does not happen every time I stop or start and it never does it when I first drive somewhere during the day. Normally it appears after I have driven it for 10+ min at a time. As I accelerate, the squeak becomes more frequent until, like I said, about 10mph. Then it disappears. Any ideas on what this could be? U-joint possibly? Dragging brake caliper? Thanks for the help!

Given the milage my first guess would be a bad U joint or driveshaft center bearing. A dragging caliper would cause the truck to pull to one side or another.
