Will 33 inch tires fit my truck?

Truck is a bone stock 1991 f150 4x4. The tires im looking at are 33x12.5r15. I dont really care if they rub when i lock the tires out, that doesnt bug me. Also are these the stock rims? Anyone know the width? thanks in advance

They should. If you change the rims, have the tire folks hook you up with the proper back spacing to avoid hitting the frame.

they will fit, but most 33/12.50R15s should be on a 10 inch wide wheel, yes u can run them on skinny wheel like a 8 or so but the center of the tires will be bold befor the outer edges..

Whats weird about that statement is the truck was my dads before mine and my uncles before that and they said they are OEM, my friend has the same truck but in a 2WD and he has the same ones, Ive seen another with the same ones, and the OP has the same ones.

If they arent the original wheels for the truck.. They are pretty damn popular. Im not downgrading your comment or anything, just making an observation.

They look alot like the wheels that are factory on my 94. If they dont have the 3 little holes to screw the factory style centercaps on , i would say that they are aftermarket.

I prefer the look of a 10 inch wide wheel, but on my friends 96 f150 33/12.50/15 hit the back of the fender on 15x10 wheels, but when he had his 15x8.5 hellcats on they still stuck out the fender a bit and no rubbing, and his had the 2in lift springs on the front. Not sure if this is true for all 150 trucks, but his was an eddie bauer, and i have noticed that they tend sit lower in the front than most standard 150's.

I have a question as well for what would be the biggest tires that will fit on my truck. I have a 1995 Ford F150 XLT two wheel drive. I am soon putting f250 srpings on the front to level out the truck with out putting a level kit on it. I found a pair of 32x11.50 tires. Would they fit with putting the f250 springs on?

You need the right backspacing for the rims. If you put rims that are offset flush with the back of the rim, you're tires going to ram into your bumper and fender. If you get rims that are offset flush with the face of the rim, you're hardly going to be able to turn. A 10" wide rim, with 4" backspacing clears just fine.

If 33x11.50 would fit a STOCK F150, what do you think the answer is?
