I just bought a 2002 F150 XL 4.2L V6 from Mediacom with 213,000 miles and in amazing shape.
Looking to get the most MPGs out of it (compared to my tattered 99 Ranger V6 4.0L) and get the front of the sucker to throw out as much light as legal here in the corn state. I appreciate the welcome here, and the look and feel of the forums (far better than some of the other Ford Truck forums I've been to)
What does it take to become a supporter around here? Looks like a great bunch of helpful guys (and gals too perhaps?)

Um, the map thingy is pretty cool but for some odd-ball reason it is placing me way out in the sticks (jus'a figure of speech), like around the Muscatine area, when I live in Davenport...Is there a way for me to fix this or am I just stuck out there without a tow-strap to get back??
I didn't have any actual addresses, so I plunked 'em down in the general territory... I did make it such that anyone can edit it at will though.

I DIDN'T SEE HOW TO MOVE MY MARK INTO DAVENPORT, I LIVE OVER BY PALMER COLLEGE, 52803 AREA...
