iPhone Dock for 2001 F-150

I'd like to put an iPhone dock in my 2001 F-150, that has the 6 CD changer in the Console. Has anyone used an adapter kit to do this? Info on which one, ease of install and how well it works would be appreciated. I'd rather not tap into the Antenna cable due to background noise, that I had when I added a CD changer in an older Van.

I was also wondering if I could get something out of a wrecked newer vehicle, that would slide into the existing radio opening with the dock built in.

Had someone at work that had that happen too, with a Laptop Dock.

They went right to the battery with a ring terminal. The inline fuse, and fuse block accessory, was just too difficult, much easier to unscrew the side terminal, slip the ring over the bolt and tread it back in. Took out that vehicle and the ones on either side. Last I heard, the insurance company wouldn't pay for the Sierra the fire started in.

I ended up buying a cassette adapter, was under twenty bucks at Staples. Every now and then it doesn't hook up and iTunes just comes out of one side. I just eject the adapter and reinsert. BTW get the Griffin Black adapter, as it doesn't have auto-reverse.
