Badging paint type

Just finished the bed seam repair and paint and would like to touch up the Sport Custom badges for my 72 longbed.Is there a special black paint that is used for these badges? Thanks for any imput.

Chaosracing is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
Any flat black paint will do. There is a trim spray paint, but for your application, it will probably be better to brush apply the paint.

I used plain old model car paint and a brush for re-doing the emblems on my wife's '69 Corvette. It's held up very well over the past 10 years, and you can get it in pretty much any color you can think of.

I completely agree! I just did the emblems on my 77 with gloss black and they came out great! It is enamal so it will hold up good.

Badging paint

After repairing all the outer bedseams on my 72 and repainting I wanted to repaint the badging.I used Testers Black Enamel and one small size container did both sides.I did buy a good pin point brush that really worked well.I will try and post a picture here as my first try to do so. Thanks for all the help.
