The super duty pickups have a top speed limiter of 95.
Anybody know why the van is set faster?

Many tire makers do add Speed Rating codes on their commercial tires & Europe has their own metric codes.
I'd like to compare OEM tire sizes/specs on the 2 vehicles in question. My guess is you'll find different tire sizes & load capacities that may account for answering the Q.
