Opinions or other sources appreciated. I am looking for something simple, OE style (OE don't come more than 7 inches wide that I can see), spoked if possible. The ones I was finding were mostly drilled. I don't care for faux beadlocks, painted wheels or ornate wheels. I would prefer a hub cap that covered the lugs, but that doesn't look like a common option.

They should fit. To facilitate the wider rim, the offset is 32mm (over 1 inch) more negative then OEM (-6mm) which may have an effect on front end wear (if you care).
I just bought a set of these and am very happy with the fit and quality:
With most everything being lugcentric in the aftermarket world, the only caps I have found feed through the center bore and the lugs are exposed and chrome. Nature of the beast I guess.

I guess I'm mostly worried about quality. I'm sure I could spend several hundred $$$ per rim. I would assume mostly for the design. I'm not picky and if these cost this much and are strong enough, would certainly fit the budget. If factory wheels were wide enough, I would just get a set of them.

Hey Brian, let's see a pic of those on your truck.

OK, so just to make sure I understand it correctly the hub mounting surface on this wheel is 5 mm closer to the inside (negative offset) from the centerline of the wheel which moves the wheel outward relative to the centerline of the truck (as opposed to a wheel with zero offset).
So how can it have a backspacing of 4.25" when it's a 8" wide wheel? Wouldn't that mean it has to have a positive offset? Am I missing soemthing incredibly obvious here?
I looked up offset on the Tire Rack Tech section, linked below, just to make sure that I had things straight in my mind but now I'm confused....
The reason I'm asking is that I found some 17X8 wheels for $50.00 each. They have the correct 8 on 170 mm bolt pattern, but they are +19 mm offset and 5.25" backspacing. It sounds like they won't fit right, that they will ride too far in against the front springs or something. I would like to get them if they fit properly but if anyone can help straighten me out on this I would appreciate it...

Hey Brian, what are the specs on your wheels? The link goes to a generic listing on tire rack and I couldn't look up specifics on the wheel. When I put in the truck type that wheel wasn't listed as an option.
I'm debating an 8 or 10 inch wheel now. It's only 3/4 inch difference tire width between your tires and mine, and your tires look good without the wheel being too wide. I would assume you have an 8 inch wheel. I'm just not sure if the tires will still look sucked in with only an 8 inch wheel on mine. 9 would probably be ideal, but I don't see many of them.
I also am getting conflicting info on the factory offset. I've seen lots of wheels that show to be factory replacements at -6. My book specs show it to be +10. Where did you find your info saying it was -6? I may end up taking a wheel off and measuring to be sure.

just curious what tires you were running/bought?
truck looks good!

The closest data I could find was that the OEM offset was -6.35mm (found it on-line somewhere). I can't remember where they actually measure for backspacing (lip, edge or tire mounting surface), but since I was not too concerned with rubbing the springs or compensating for a crazy offset with spacers, I just concentrated on the offset to match factory and maintain the design load bearing on the front end components.
With the 285/75-16 E rated BFG Mud-Terrain TA KM2 tires, I haven't rubbed at all, but it's close. I can't imagine going any wider without having some kind of rubbing issues at full lock. I off-road a lot so I wanted an agressive tire, but I didn't want to worry about rubbing all the time.

Thanks for the props!
I bought the tires and wheels from Discount Tire. They called Ultra and there was a 45 day backorder for the wheels, but Tirerack had 16 in stock, so they bought them from Tirerack at my cost which was $120/wheel. The wheels came with chrome acorn lugs (32), chrome caps, a socket for the lugs and a Gorilla lug wrench.
I've only had them on for a week, but they look great and the tires are surprisingly quiet. At freeway speeds, it sounds more like wind (like riding a steel rollercoaster) than tire noise.
